Chapel dedicated to the Virgin of the Rosary at the intersection of Via Pedemonte and Via Scleva in Cepina. It was built around 1843 after a landslide event of the Valècia, replacing a previous one dating back to the 16th century. The original wooden statue of the Madonna, dating back to the 17th century, is kept in the parish church of Cepina. It has various outfits that match the different times of the liturgical year, and for many years it was housed in the home of Bracchi Camilla in Pedemonte. In earlier times, there was another statue of the Virgin in a small wooden shrine about 30 cm high, now kept in a house in the hamlet.
Currently noteworthy are the tabernacle and the niche where Mary with the Child, made of Swiss pine by Giuseppe Valzer, a skilled local carpenter and carver, is displayed. The plaster statue was donated by Don Felice Cantoni, parish priest of Cepina in the early post-war period. In the post-war period, Felice di Isaia placed a small wooden bell tower on the top and had the name of his son Attilio, who went missing in Russia during World War II, engraved on the bell.
In 2011, it was set back 2 meters from the position where it was originally built, as described on the plaque, “..in perpetual memory of the relocation and restoration of the Santèl completed in October 2011 and blessed by Don Bruno Rocca, parish priest of Cepina, on May 13, 2012.”
